BURKERT0255直動式二位二通升降式銜鐵閥的工作原理與維修電磁閥是由電磁線圈和磁芯組成,是包含一個或幾個孔的閥體。當線圈通電或斷電時,磁芯的運轉將導致流體通過閥體或被切斷,以達到改變流體方向的目的。電磁閥的電磁部件由靜鐵芯、動鐵芯、線圈等部件組成;閥體部分由滑閥芯、滑閥套、彈簧底座等組成。電磁線圈被直接安裝在閥體上,閥體被封閉在密封管中,構成一個簡潔、緊湊的組合。

BURKERT0255直動式二位二通升降式銜鐵閥從控制上來講有兩種形式,一種是先導電磁閥,一種是直動電磁閥。先導電磁閥是需要通過關內的介質壓力來打開閥門的,所以,要求管道內有zui小壓力,通常是0.2BAR,但沒個廠家制作精度不同,要求先導壓力也不同.其次,要求管道介質中不可以含有大于0.5mm的顆粒物因為先導孔就是這個尺寸。如果沒有滿足這這兩個條件中的任何一個,先導電磁閥就會不能正常使用,但不代表這個電磁閥 是壞的。
我們在生產中常用的電磁閥有二位二通、二位三通等。所謂二位,對于電磁閥來說就是帶電和失電,對于所控制的閥門來說就是開和關當有電流通過線圈時,產生勵磁作用,固定鐵芯吸合動鐵芯,動鐵芯帶動滑閥芯并壓縮彈簧,改變了滑閥芯的位置,從而改變了流體的方向。當線圈失電時,依靠彈簧的彈力推動滑閥芯,頂回動鐵芯,使流體按原來的方向流動。
BURKERT寶德0142為伺服式隔膜電磁閥。要*打開或關閉閥門,需要一個zui小壓差。根據不同的應用,可以選擇各種膜片材質和工作方式。閥體材質為PVC 或 PVDF。 其兩位三通先導閥的常開和常閉功能可方便地進行轉換:只需將其在主閥座上進行旋轉即可。先導閥位置反饋可以采用開關或 NAMUR 信號。電磁線圈采用耐化學腐蝕的環氧樹脂封裝。0142 型配備了手動開關,可用于調試和測試。如有節能要求,所有線圈都可提供節電式。與 DIN EN 17301-803 A 型電纜插頭配套,該閥的安全防護等級為 IP65 和 NEMA 4X。

寶德電磁閥里有密閉的腔,在不同位置開有通孔,每個孔都通向不同的油管,腔中間是閥,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會被吸引到哪邊,通過控制閥體的移動來檔住或漏出不同的排油的孔,而進油孔是常開的,液壓油就會進入不同的排油管,然后通過油的壓力來推動油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動活塞桿,活塞竿帶動機械裝置動。這樣通過控制電磁鐵的電流就控制了機械運動。
