簡單來說:電(dian)容(rong)式壓(ya)(ya)力變(bian)送(song)器的傳(chuan)感器也就是敏感元件(jian)是電(dian)容(rong),壓(ya)(ya)力改變(bian)時,敏感元件(jian)的電(dian)容(rong)容(rong)量(liang)發生變(bian)化。擴散(san)(san)硅(gui)壓(ya)(ya)力變(bian)送(song)器的敏感元件(jian)是擴散(san)(san)型硅(gui)壓(ya)(ya)阻(zu)芯片,當壓(ya)(ya)力改變(bian)時,擴散(san)(san)硅(gui)的阻(zu)值發生變(bian)化。
電容式壓(ya)力(li)(li)變(bian)送器通過檢測(ce)中心(xin)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)與兩側測(ce)量(liang)室壁(bi)之間的電容變(bian)化來判別膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)受(shou)壓(ya)位(wei)移(yi)狀(zhuang)況。擴(kuo)散(san)硅壓(ya)力(li)(li)變(bian)送器有(you)兩類(lei),其(qi)中一類(lei)是將擴(kuo)散(san)硅電橋植入到(dao)檢測(ce)中心(xin)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)上(shang)來判別膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)受(shou)壓(ya)位(wei)移(yi)狀(zhuang)況。以(yi)上(shang)兩種(zhong)由于是直接(jie)測(ce)量(liang)中心(xin)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(被測(ce)壓(ya)力(li)(li)直接(jie)作用處)的位(wei)移(yi)。且測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)可以(yi)加上(shang)巨大(da)的預(yu)應張力(li)(li),使得金(jin)屬膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)位(wei)移(yi)所導(dao)致(zhi)的應力(li)(li)影(ying)響極小。所以(yi)精度較高。另一種(zhong)擴(kuo)散(san)硅壓(ya)力(li)(li)變(bian)送器是將測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)感受(shou)的力(li)(li)傳導(dao)到(dao)一個擴(kuo)散(san)硅傳感器,通過擴(kuo)散(san)硅傳感器的輸出(chu)來得出(chu)被測(ce)壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
