電磁閥里有(you)密閉(bi)的腔,在(zai)不同位置開有(you)通孔,每個(ge)孔連(lian)接不同的油管,腔中間(jian)是(shi)活塞(sai),兩面是(shi)兩塊電磁鐵(tie),哪面的磁鐵(tie)線圈通電閥體就會被(bei)吸(xi)引到哪邊(bian),通過控(kong)制閥體的移(yi)動來(lai)開啟或關閉(bi)不同的排油孔。
電磁閥主要分類
1、電磁閥(fa)從原理上分為三大(da)類:
直動式電磁閥
原理:通電時(shi),電磁線圈產(chan)生電磁力(li)把關(guan)閉件從閥(fa)座(zuo)上(shang)提(ti)起,閥(fa)門打開;斷(duan)電時(shi),電磁力(li)消(xiao)失,彈簧把關(guan)閉件壓(ya)在(zai)閥(fa)座(zuo)上(shang),閥(fa)門關(guan)閉。
特(te)點:在真空、負壓(ya)、零壓(ya)時能正(zheng)常(chang)工作,但(dan)通徑一般(ban)不超過25mm。
分步直動式電磁閥
原(yuan)理(li):它是一種直(zhi)動和先導式相結合的原(yuan)理(li),當入口與出口沒有壓(ya)差時,通電(dian)后,電(dian)磁力(li)直(zhi)接把先導小閥和主閥關(guan)閉件依次向上(shang)提起,閥門打開。
當入口與(yu)出口達(da)到(dao)啟動壓(ya)差時,通(tong)電后(hou),電磁力(li)(li)(li)先導(dao)小閥,主閥下腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)下降,從而利(li)(li)用壓(ya)差把主閥向上(shang)推開(kai);斷電時,先導(dao)閥利(li)(li)用彈簧力(li)(li)(li)或介質壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)推動關閉(bi)件,向下移動,使閥門關閉(bi)。
特(te)點:在零(ling)壓差(cha)或真空、高壓時亦能可*動作,但(dan)功(gong)率較(jiao)大,要(yao)求必須水(shui)平安裝(zhuang)。
先導式電磁閥
原理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力(li)把先(xian)(xian)導孔打開,上(shang)腔室(shi)壓力(li)迅速下(xia)降,在關(guan) 閉(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)件(jian)周圍形(xing)成上(shang)低下(xia)高(gao)的壓差(cha),流體壓力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)上(shang)移動(dong)(dong),閥(fa)門打開;斷電(dian)時,彈簧力(li)把先(xian)(xian)導孔關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi),入口壓力(li)通(tong)過旁(pang)通(tong)孔迅速腔室(shi)在關(guan)閥(fa)件(jian)周圍形(xing)成下(xia)低上(shang)高(gao)的壓差(cha),流體壓力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)下(xia)移動(dong)(dong),關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)閥(fa)門。
特點:流(liu)體(ti)壓力范(fan)圍上限較(jiao)高,可(ke)任意安裝(zhuang)(需定制(zhi))但必須(xu)滿足流(liu)體(ti)壓差條件。
2、電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)從閥(fa)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)和材(cai)料上的不同與原(yuan)理上的區別,分為六個(ge)分支(zhi)小類:直動膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、分步直動膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、先(xian)導膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、直動活塞(sai)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、分步直動活塞(sai)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、先(xian)導活塞(sai)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)。

什么叫電磁(ci)閥,電磁(ci)閥有什么作用

比如(ru)單(dan)向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)讓壓縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)從壓縮(suo)(suo)機進(jin)入氣(qi)罐,當壓縮(suo)(suo)機關閉時(shi),阻(zu)止壓縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)反方向(xiang)(xiang)流(liu)動;安全閥(fa)(fa)當儲氣(qi)罐內的壓力超過允許限(xian)度,可(ke)將壓縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)排(pai)(pai)出(chu);方向(xiang)(xiang)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)通過對氣(qi)缸兩(liang)個(ge)介面交(jiao)替地加(jia)壓和(he)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi),來控(kong)制(zhi)運(yun)動的方向(xiang)(xiang);速(su)(su)度調(diao)節閥(fa)(fa)能(neng)簡便實現執行元件的無級調(diao)速(su)(su)。
