電導率儀的使用方法
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)儀的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)方法:1、未開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關前,觀察表(biao)(biao)針(zhen)是否(fou)指(zhi)(zhi)零,如(ru)不指(zhi)(zhi)零,可調(diao)(diao)(diao)整表(biao)(biao)頭上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)絲(si)使(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)針(zhen)指(zhi)(zhi)零。2、將(jiang)校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)、測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)開(kai)關?扳(ban)(ban)在“校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)"位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。3、插(cha)(cha)(cha)接(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線,打(da)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關,并(bing)預(yu)熱數(shu)(shu)(shu)分鐘(待指(zhi)(zhi)針(zhen)全穩定下來(lai)為(wei)(wei)止(zhi))調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)“調(diao)(diao)(diao)正(zheng)(zheng)"器(qi)使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao)滿(man)(man)度(du)指(zhi)(zhi)示。4、當(dang)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(1)~(8)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)低(di)(di)于(yu)300?的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液體時(shi),選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)“低(di)(di)周(zhou)“,這時(shi)將(jiang)?板向“低(di)(di)周(zhou)“即(ji)可。當(dang)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(9)~(12)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)在300?至?范圍(wei)里的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液體時(shi),則(ze)(ze)將(jiang)?扳(ban)(ban)向"高(gao)(gao)周(zhou)“。5、將(jiang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)選(xuan)擇開(kai)關?扳(ban)(ban)到所(suo)需要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)范圍(wei),如(ru)預(yu)先不知被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小,應(ying)(ying)先把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)其扳(ban)(ban)在最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)檔(dang),然(ran)后逐檔(dang)下降,以(yi)防表(biao)(biao)針(zhen)打(da)彎。6、測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)讀(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu):一般的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)其“常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)"的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)旋鈕都打(da)到1.0檔(dang),測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)前調(diao)(diao)(diao)正(zheng)(zheng)(ADI)旋到最大值,然(ran)后再慢(man)慢(man)地調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie),把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)開(kai)關打(da)到校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)檔(dang)調(diao)(diao)(diao)好零點,選(xuan)好量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng),再把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)開(kai)關打(da)到測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)然(ran)后再讀(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)。7、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong):使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)夾夾緊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)膠木帽,并(bing)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)夾把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)固定在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)桿上(shang)。(1)當(dang)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)低(di)(di)于(yu)10?,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)DJS——1型光(guang)亮(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。這時(shi)應(ying)(ying)把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)R?調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)在與(yu)所(suo)配(pei)套的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)項對應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。例(li)如(ru),若配(pei)套電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)0.95。則(ze)(ze)應(ying)(ying)把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)R?調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)在0.95處,有如(ru)若配(pei)套電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)1.1,則(ze)(ze)應(ying)(ying)把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)R?調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)在1.1的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。(2)當(dang)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)在?~?范圍(wei),則(ze)(ze)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)DJS——1型鉑(bo)黑電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。同(tong)(1)應(ying)(ying)把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)R?調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)在與(yu)所(suo)配(pei)套電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)相對應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。(3)當(dang)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)大于(yu)?,以(yi)致用(yong)(yong)(yong)DJS——1型鉑(bo)黑電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)不出時(shi),則(ze)(ze)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)DJS——10型鉑(bo)黑電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。這時(shi)應(ying)(ying)把(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)R?調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)在所(suo)配(pei)套的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)?位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。例(li)如(ru):若電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)9、8,則(ze)(ze)應(ying)(ying)使(shi)(shi)R?指(zhi)(zhi)在0.98位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。再將(jiang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)得的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)乘以(yi)10,即(ji)為(wei)(wei)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)。8,將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)插(cha)(cha)(cha)頭插(cha)(cha)(cha)入(ru)插(cha)(cha)(cha)口(kou)(kou)內,旋緊插(cha)(cha)(cha)口(kou)(kou)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)緊固螺(luo)絲(si),在將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)浸入(ru)待測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液中。9、接(jie)(jie)著校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)(當(dang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(1)~(8)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)時(shi),校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)時(shi)?扳(ban)(ban)在低(di)(di)周(zhou)。當(dang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(9)~(12)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)時(shi),則(ze)(ze)校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)時(shi)?扳(ban)(ban)向高(gao)(gao)周(zhou)),即(ji)將(jiang)?扳(ban)(ban)到“校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)“,調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)?使(shi)(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)示針(zhen)滿(man)(man)度(du)。注意:為(wei)(wei)了提高(gao)(gao)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)精度(du),當(dang)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)“×?",?“×?"這兩檔(dang)時(shi),校(xiao)正(zheng)(zheng)必須在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)池接(jie)(jie)妥(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)插(cha)(cha)(cha)頭插(cha)(cha)(cha)入(ru)插(cha)(cha)(cha)孔,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)浸入(ru)待測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溶(rong)液中)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下進行(xing)。???
E+H恩德斯豪斯電導率探頭原理10、此(ci)后(hou),將?扳(ban)(ban)向(xiang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量,這(zhe)時(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)數乘以量程開關?的(de)倍(bei)率即(ji)為(wei)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)液(ye)的(de)實(shi)際電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率。例(li)如?扳(ban)(ban)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)0~0.1?一(yi)(yi)(yi)檔(dang)(dang),指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)針(zhen)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)為(wei)0.6,則被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)液(ye)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率為(wei)0.06?(0.6×0.1?=0.06?)又如?扳(ban)(ban)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)0~100?一(yi)(yi)(yi)檔(dang)(dang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)為(wei)0.9,則被(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)液(ye)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率為(wei)90?(0.9×100?=90?),其余類推。11、當(dang)用0~0.1或0~0.3?這(zhe)兩檔(dang)(dang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量高純水時(shi),先把(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極引線插入電(dian)(dian)(dian)極插孔,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極未浸入溶液(ye)之前,調節(jie)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)為(wei)最(zui)小值(此(ci)最(zui)小值即(ji)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極鉑片(pian)間的(de)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),由(you)于(yu)此(ci)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai),使得(de)調?時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)針(zhen)不能達到零點)。然后(hou)開始測(ce)(ce)(ce)量。12、如果要了解在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量過(guo)程中電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)的(de)變化情況,把(ba)10mV輸出接至(zhi)自動電(dian)(dian)(dian)位差計即(ji)可(ke)。13、當(dang)量程開關?扳(ban)(ban)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)“×0.1",?扳(ban)(ban)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)低周。但電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)池插口(kou)未插接電(dian)(dian)(dian)極時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)就有(you)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi),這(zhe)是正(zheng)常現(xian)象(xiang),因電(dian)(dian)(dian)極插口(kou)及接線有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)。只要調節(jie):“電(dian)(dian)(dian)容補償"便(bian)可(ke)將此(ci)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)調為(wei)零,擔不必(bi)這(zhe)樣(yang)做,只須待電(dian)(dian)(dian)極引線插入插口(kou)后(hou),再將指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)調為(wei)最(zui)小值即(ji)可(ke)。???14.用(1),(3),(5),(7),(9),(11)各檔(dang)(dang)時(shi),都(dou)看表(biao)面(mian)上面(mian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條刻(ke)度(0~1.0);而當(dang)用(2),(4),(6),(8),(10)各檔(dang)(dang)時(shi),都(dou)看表(biao)面(mian)下面(mian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條刻(ke)度(0~3)
