SMAR流量傳感器和變送器的區(qu)別有哪些

傳感器(qi)(qi)是能夠受規定的(de)被測量并(bing)按照一定的(de)規律轉換成可用輸(shu)出信號的(de)器(qi)(qi)件或裝置的(de)總稱。

變送器(qi)工作原理是(shi)什么

變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(transmitter)是把傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出信(xin)號轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)可被控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)識別的(de)信(xin)號(或將傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輸(shu)入的(de)非電量(liang)轉(zhuan)換成電信(xin)號同(tong)(tong)時放大以便供遠方測量(liang)和控制的(de)信(xin)號源)的(de)轉(zhuan)換器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)同(tong)(tong)構成自動(dong)控制的(de)監測信(xin)號源。不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)物理量(liang)需要(yao)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和相(xiang)應的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)種類很(hen)多(duo),用在工控儀表上面的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)主要(yao)有溫度變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、壓力變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、流量(liang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、電流變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、電壓變(bian)(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)等。

  一、變送器工作原(yuan)理(li)如下:

  變(bian)送器(qi)是中文(wen)名字(zi),英文(wen)是:TRANSMITTER,顧名思義,變(bian)送器(qi)含有“變(bian)"和“送"之(zhi)意。

  1、所謂(wei)“變(bian)",是指將(jiang)各(ge)種從傳感器(qi)(qi)來的物理(li)量,轉(zhuan)變(bian)為一(yi)種電(dian)信號(hao)。比如:利用(yong)熱電(dian)偶,將(jiang)溫(wen)度轉(zhuan)變(bian)為電(dian)勢;利用(yong)電(dian)流(liu)互感器(qi)(qi),將(jiang)大電(dian)流(liu)轉(zhuan)換為小電(dian)流(liu)。由于電(dian)信號(hao)最容易處理(li),所以,現代變(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi),均將(jiang)各(ge)種物理(li)信號(hao),轉(zhuan)變(bian)成(cheng)電(dian)信號(hao)。因此,說的變(bian)送(song)器(qi)(qi),通常都變(bian)成(cheng)了“電(dian)"。

  2、所謂(wei)“送(song)(song)",是(shi)指(zhi)將各種已變(bian)成的(de)電信號(hao),為了便(bian)于其他儀表或控制裝置接收和傳(chuan)送(song)(song),又(you)一(yi)次通(tong)過(guo)電子線(xian)路,將傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)的(de)電信號(hao),統一(yi)化(比如4-20MA)。方法是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)多(duo)個運(yun)算(suan)放大器(qi)(qi)來(lai)實現(xian)。這(zhe)種“變(bian)"+“送(song)(song)",就組成了現(xian)代用的(de)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)。

  3、如:SST3-AD 是一種將電(dian)流互感(gan)器的(de)輸出電(dian)流,轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)成標準的(de)4-20MA的(de)電(dian)流變(bian)(bian)送(song)器;再比如:SST4-LD,可以將重(zhong)量傳感(gan)器來(lai)的(de)重(zhong)量信號,轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)成標準的(de)4-20MA的(de)重(zhong)量變(bian)(bian)送(song)器。

  二、種類特點:

  1、變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)的種類很多,用在(zai)工(gong)控儀表上面的變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)主(zhu)要有溫(wen)度變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi), 變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)壓力變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi),流(liu)量(liang)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi),電(dian)流(liu)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi),電(dian)壓變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)等。

  2、變送器在儀(yi)器、儀(yi)表和工業自動化領域(yu)中起(qi)著舉足輕重的(de)作(zuo)用。與傳(chuan)感器不同,變送器除了(le)能將非電量(liang)轉換成(cheng)可測量(liang)的(de)電量(liang)外,一般還具有(you)一定(ding)的(de)放大(da)作(zuo)用。 

差壓變送(song)器流量緩慢變小的(de)原因

1、使用條件是(shi)否(fou)與設計參數(shu)一(yi)致(zhi),儀表選(xuan)型是(shi)否(fou)正確。

  2、儀表安裝是否規范,尤其是引線(xian)部分(fen);

  3、儀表(biao)引壓有無堵塞、不(bu)暢;有無泄(xie)漏;

  4、引線介(jie)質(zhi)是否(fou)滿足測量(liang)要求,系統有(you)無(wu)遷移,系統零點是否(fou)正常;

  5、變送器供(gong)電是(shi)否正常,二次(ci)表(biao)的量程與現場(chang)儀(yi)表(biao)是(shi)否一(yi)致;

  6、工藝介質(zhi)的工況是否正(zheng)常。

  7、節(jie)流元件的(de)安裝是否(fou)正常,孔板有無裝反、磨(mo)損;

  8、變送器本身(shen)是否正常。
